We felt welcomed and that we were in the right place for sure! They were professional and helpful to us parents and made my daughters first phone experience a memorable one!
Very helpful and nice employees. They also have a nice selection of phone cases and accessories. They will try to work with you the best they can to meet your needs
The young lady there that helped us with our upgrade made it a breeze. She was super sweet, and the rest the reps were as well.. My son and I were in and out of there real fast and happy with the entire ordeal. ☆SAMSUNG☆
I have to say through the years I have been sadly disappointed with just about every visit to any Att. So a couple weeks ago when my phone died and it was time to up grade I so hesitated to make the visit. So I visited the Caro location and not surprised they again had new staff but I felt optimistic. I was welcomed by the most friendliest guy. Mark was the employee that approached me and was eager to help. Not only did he spend ample time showing me every feature to my new phone, accessories that were a deal, but also making sure my bill was correct. He didn't seemed bothered by all my questions and he genuinely wanted to help. I hardly ever see that kind of service from any retailer I visit. I have even had to stop back in a few times for other issues since that initial visit, and he even remembered us and started again a friendly conversation. He helped us everytime efficiently and super cheerful. His knowledge was on point and I have totally changed my opinion on Att retailers. ( At least the Caro location) Thank you Mark for your awesome service and for just being a nice honest guy!!!!
I went in to get a couple of new phones and Heaven helped me pick them out and even made sure all of my information was transferred to the new phone. She was very friendly and made the whole process super easy.
