I experienced superb sales and customer service from Kim Smith She was both personable and professional. My old Iphone was 3 1/2 years old and I did not back up to my icloud in 62 weeks inadvertently. It took Kim Smith all of her work day to get the old Iphone backed up and then as a result the new Iphone set up. She did so without losing anything on the new phone. She also never had an attitude and never once complained. Her coworker was also friendly, kind and helpful. I have been with cricket for 5 1/2 years and have been nothing but thrilled with their service and now also with their sales as well. This is the first time I have bought a phone and accessories from a cricket store and had it all set up too. I would highly recommend this cricket store.

I am very disappointed in this store and only giving a 1 star because i guess you have to put something! My husbands phone got broken over the weekend so i drove to this caro store to get a replacement. I walked in (there was no other customers in there) and the lady working told me i need a mask. I told her i medically can not wear one and she very rudly said it dont matter either i wear a mask or leave the store. I said there is no law and she and a lady in the back room yelled its the store policy and we are on camera. I was ready to take my phone service somewhere else till i called lapeer store and the lady they was very polite and said please come to her store she will take care of me! I will never go to caro again!
Denied service for not wearing a mask even after I told the lady I have a medical issue. But it wasn't an issue for her to not be wearing one. I'll be switching to another cell provider asap.
Always love coming in here, always greeted and treated politely, But I just called and got laughed at and talked to like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. I have called every month since April trying to take a lost phone off of my account. Every single month since then, they tell me it will be off by the next payment, and every month the phone is not taken off and $60 extra dollars gets taken. Since April that is over $240 dollars I haven spent on an extra line that is in a river. Even though I keep being told it won’t happen. Very upset by this and thinking about moving services.
