This was the best shoe business i have ever went into. Don't let the name fool you. This place was like brand new clean. Nothing was scattered on the floor. The staff wasn't hovering over us, she kept doing what she needed to and then when i asked her for help she was there. She smiled the entire time never gave us attitude like she had better things to do than to help a disabled person. She knew about the boots we were looking at for my husband and what kind of work he would be doing. She looked professional and personable. I can't find the young lady's name on the receit but it was November 10th at 2:26 p.m. Young lady you should get a raise and promotion on how sales attendants should treat their customers.
First time visiting in 10 years. Great sale prices; good selection. Could use more wide width in size 12. Could have spent more time but I arrived too late as store was closing. My loss!
Didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted. Very helpful looking up local stores for stock. They also offered to order and ship to home for free shipping.
Came in looking for a 15 hightop, selection was very limited at this location. Also, side note, no public restroom, cut my visit short so I could locate facilities and did not bother to come back to finish looking.
They're great. Clean and organized.
