What a great place to get hardwood which is what I bought. They have so much more than just wood available. It's a custom cabinet shop, moulding shop, hardwood floor sales and much, much more. It was my first time there and won't be the last. Very helpful and very friendly - awesome business.
(To people who have not gone to E & L Hardwoods) My grandpa’s workshop is amazing even if I have never bought anything there I have experienced how they work. They are very experienced with wood work, and the customer service is great there, sometimes my grandpa drives really far in Michigan just to get to his client. Well that’s all I have to say about E & L Hardwoods I hope if your reading this you decided to come to his and his brothers workshop.
E&L is a wood worker's paradise. Lots of stock for rough cut hardwoods. Courteous staff, high level of service. If you want your rough cut finish to specific demention and edges it is done quickly and cost effective.nPlus they will build things also
Worked with Richard on purchasing some great lumber that I'll be finishing. This is not your big box store lumber, several magnitudes better.
So happy I found this place. They did a great job on our staircase railing and trim
