Let me start this review off by stating their customer service is unmatched, and I would recommend every person who needs a new pair of glasses to try here first. Just stop reading right now and go.nnI had a very complicated situation, and I had the honor of working with multiple people in this particular optical center. Every single person that I worked with was exceptional. I came in for the first time, because I made the knucklehead mistake of losing my glasses on a weekend out on the lake. The issue was that I had a wedding to officiate the same week, and I needed my glasses to perform the ceremony. As soon as I mentioned the seriousness of my situation, the representatives took it as if it was their own and worked with me. By the time I walked through the door, they had already picked out 3 pairs of glasses that they thought I would most likely enjoy, based off of the product description of my previous pair.nnNow, I am a very picky person, especially when it comes to aesthetics. They were willing to deal with my indecisiveness, and waited for me as I panned through nearly 30 pairs of glasses. After finding the right pair, they were willing to rush order (at no cost) to ensure that I would have them by the day of the wedding. Two days later, they were there. Here's the kicker. There was a small mistake. They came with transition lenses, and they weren't supposed to. After apologizing multiple times (which was not necessary -- everyone makes small mistakes), they rush ordered me in a second pair to ensure that they were there the day of the wedding. Now here's where I've never had customer service at this level. Que the day of the wedding. My calendar is filled with event after event, and unfortunately the delivery guy was running late, and they weren't going to make it in time to the optical center. So, instead the amazing people at SVS were willing to drive 45 minutes out to bring me the correct pair. That is absolutely incredible. Honestly, just to be offered that extent of customer service is mind blowing. Thank you SVS Vision. I've told this story to multiple people, and I'm just so impressed at the lengths that you will go to ensure that your customer is satisfied.

People friendly - Your bathrooms need to be available to customers

I was on vacation and had trouble with my contacts. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me. She got in touch my Dr. at home and had everything arranged when I arrived. Very helpful and it saved my vacation. Thanks again

I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. All 3 women working were very friendly, helpful and informative. Going to the eye doctor, to get an exam and spend money on glasses is never something people look forward to, but they somehow made it fun and painless. I tried on several pairs and all 3 women helped me decide on which ones looked best for me, and explained very well my insurance coverage and options. This will definitely be my new eye care store of choice in the future, even though I live in grand rapids... its worth the drive .

I am so disappointed with SVS !!! I cannot see out of my glasses. Went back to fix the problem and they turned me away. I was told that my 45 days had expired . Everything was Closed during this Pandemic covid-19 . You think SVS Would work with you. No not a chance. Will look for some other placenWill not return
