Today 12/6/19 services where interrupted at 5/3 and I could not buy lunch or gas. I went to the bank and they told me their systems are down and they can't do anything for me.nnFor great customer service when you try to buy something it says insufficient funds instead of something more professional. Furthermore, none of the help numbers worked for the app being down or services interrupted. The line beeps three times and hangs up.nnFor what you have to tolerate being a 5/3 client it's not worth it.
Very helpful. I don't know if it's temporary but pedestrians are currently required to go to the drive-thru lane instead of entering the building.
Every time that I have been here, I've gotten in and out quickly. Tellers have always been very polite and courteous.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR ATM! Horrible customer service. ATM will malfunction and prematurely shred your card. They will not replace your card or pay the fees associated to get a new one. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND Corporate PASSES TO TORCH TO THE BRANCH. Fifth Third Bank is JOKE! They did NOT make banking A Fifth Third Better! Stay away from Fifth Third.
