Will not go to the Bdubs again. Ordered take out, was told it would be ready at 4:40pm. I got there at 4:28PM and was told it wasn’t guaranteed for another 20 minutes since the app said it would be ready at 4:40. Didn’t get my food until almost 5pm. Of course the food was cold and the order wasn’t even correct. Nachos had chicken on them even though we ordered no chicken on it and was missing a whole order of fries. I understand times are tough right now but if my order isn’t ready on time I AT LEAST expect it to be correct and warm. I’ll get hooters from now on if I’m in this area and want wings
Took 5-10 minutes to greet us at the door. The server wasn't friendly. What do you want to drink is not how to first talk to a table. Took 45 minutes for an appetizer, which was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted! And when the order came it was wrong. B-DUBS is my favorite wing place, but I recommend going to another store besides this one!!!
Waitress was awesome wings and fries not so good (cold) maybe be better next time
Wings didn't have enough meat and were almost cold when they finally got to the table. The loaded tater tot thing was great though. Good service for as busy as they were.
Always have a great server. It was freezing in the restaurant. I noticed a woman wearing a blanket to stay warm!nHad to send back out boneless wings. They were over cooked and hard as rocks! Second batch were better. They aren't as tasty as they used to be. What happened??? ☹ufe0f
