Amazing transformation in my hand-me-down Orek! It was much better than buying a new cheap vacuum. It runs like new now, over 20 years old!

I just needed to get my vacuums freshened up and new filters added. I hate they try and push a sale so hard. Prices are steep. They did a great job with my vacuums. Turn around time was longer then expected. Would I recommend sure only if your vacuum is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Otherwise clean it yourself and save your money.

I went here because something was wrong with my Dyson. I briefly explained what was wrong to Scot and he instantly knew the problem (something was stuck, so it wasn't switching over to ground suction)...opened parts I didn't even know were there and cleared the...mascara wand, oops. He also checked my filters and didn't seem to be bothered by the cat litter pouring out of every nook and cranny. Once it all looked good he sent me on my way, free of charge! I will definitely return if I have anymore troubles, need any replacement parts of filter, or need recommendations for purchasing a new vacuum in the future. Thank you so much !
