My mother My mother has a heart condition and I work at home. We will never use instacart or the delivery at Kroger again. The man Didn't get what we asked stunk like cigarettes Did not respond to my txts. Im so angry right now im livid. Iv no receipt. Im disgusted
I wanted to make a money order for the amount of $2,658 and I was told by a lady named Jane that I cannot she said they do not make money orders over the amount of $2,000. I said well I make it all the time at different Kroger’s all the time and they give me 3 money orders each one for 1,000 and the 3rd one for the rest of the amount she said well I can’t do it. Did not make any sense to me why she would deny me this amount. Why did she give me a hard time? She was very rude to me and VERY aggressive. This was on January 1st 2021. So I really hope Kroger can look over this and see how she was acting and how she denied me a money order. I will be calling Kroger customer service.
The place was awesome. The staff was nice, especially Franklin and Regina. They just really care.
The place is jammed on a Monday afternoon at 12:22 pm and they have only one register opened. Over 10 people in line in both the register line and the self serve. Unacceptable!!nnAfter I posted the original message, They just opened a second register. Whoever is working register 17 is very rude.
Lousy wine selection but Grace, the young lady working in the bottle return area, was very nice and helpful. She took the initiative to help get me my refund money for a few cans the machine wouldn't take
