Everyone from Sara, to Dr. Quinn, to the PAs, I couldn't possibly be happier with them. The most responsive, and professional medical staff I've dealt with in my life. No more having to deal with the typical medial merry-go-round and getting no where. Great people all around and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I came upon Cratus Medical Vitality Institute while helping a friend out who was undergoing treatment there. I was impressed with the facility and more importantly how they treated their patients. I was at another longevity / vitality clinic but wasn’t satisfied. After checking prices at Cratus (competitive!) I decided to give Cratus a try. From the start there were really no concerns. Cratus Staff all worked professionally with the patient in mind. So far my switch to Cratus has been a good one. I can recommend Cratus without hesitation.

From the moment I was greeted, I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with Dr. Quinn and his staff. I knew I wasn’t functioning at my best because I was always tired, slept poorly, had dry skin/thinning hair, slow metabolism, weight gain, etc, but I had no idea just how low my levels were until reviewing lab results with Dr. Quinn. I was reluctant to do HRT but after weighing the pros and cons with him, I am so grateful that I did! Nothing could have prepared for me for how much better I would feel! It has truly been nothing short of life-changing!

From day one I talked to Dr. Quinn and staff about what has been going on, and they responded quickly with many options. I have done prior research on certain prescriptions, and I have asked Dr. Quinn many questions on why he’s not prescribing me something on top of what was prescribed already based on something I read, and Dr. Quinn has always answered in great detail. Essentially Dr. Quinn truly cares about his patients and only prescribes what is truly needed, and is not giving you a bunch of prescriptions just to build up a bill (like I have experienced with other companies on phone consultations).nnDr. Quinn and his staff have made me feel very welcomed, and they always have a fast response rate on any question I have had, they always do check-ins to see how you are doing. I am currently only on my third week of shots and I am already experiencing some great results.
