I brought my loved one here who was hospitalized prior day due to dehydration and vomitting. He had been through a lot. My first contact over the phone was Rebecca. She was awesome. She is the reason I felt we made the right choice when choosing the rehab. She is so compassionate and she goes above and beyond her job. Maplegrove made a great decision when making her our first point of contact. First impressions are everything. However, the lady behind the front desk is another story. She is our first physical point of contact with the facility. She made us want to turn and leave! She is rude for no reason. This maybe her personality or maybe she hates living. She appears to be angry she is there. Maplegrove definitely needs to get someone else behind that desk. People who come there are scared and reaching out for help. The families are going through a lot. They need to be greeted with kindness. Families should leave there feeling like their loved one is in good hands. She ruined whole perception of the facility and program. I have had family members drop items off and she is consistently rude and unhelpful. She didn't just have a bad day. This is unfortunately who she is.

Haven’t experienced this place, but received a call the day before my intake date and they told me they were no longer accepting patients.

I went here as part of my clinical rotation to be exposed to the various aspects of mental illnesses. First impression, clean, quiet, nice, therapeutic facility. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the care they gave. The family therapy groups were run very well, provided a lot of insight.

After a motorcycle accident that left me in a wheelchair for about 3 years I went to see Doctor Joshua Smith. Doctor Smith helped me get my life back on track to the point that I was able to start walking again. He is a wonderful Doctor who has gone above and beyond to help his patient's. This is a great faculty and the staff is amazing.
