Went here based on all the good reviews. Examination was quick and thorough - I was recommended to use daily contacts vs. the monthly I have been using. Will definitely come back here for future eye exams.
It started off rocky after waiting a month for an appointment.The day of my appt. The doctor failed to show without advance warning. I rescheduled for a week later, and had a great visit.The optician was the best!!
i recently went in for and exam and purchased a pair of glasses. However, when it was time to pick up my new glasses, the secretary was very rude. i was not able to get the glasses adjusted before i left the store. i called back a few days later and Dana scheduled me an appointment that's two weeks from now. i'm very dissatisfied, i spent $600 dollars at this place and was treated so poorly in return. i can't even wear the glasses because there falling off my face, not including that i have to wait two weeks to get back into the store.
The best health care experience I've ever had! I've simply never had so much fun at any doctor's office. They treat you as if they've known you since day one.
Staff was rude. Took my script here to look at glasses during normal business hours.. The staff refused to let me look at at the frame choice. Staff told me I had to make an appointment just to browse. When I asked about making an appointment the lady gave me a card and told me they were book until the end of the month, just to look at frames. NO THANKS, IM GOOD. I took my script and went to Americas Best they're staff was friendly, welcoming and helped me find some amazing frames .
