I found the product quality good, but over priced. The owner of the business is an arrogantnperson who is very unhelpful. If you’re doing your own installation forget any advise from him, he is a so called expert.
I am totally SHOCKED that this dude is still in business!!!! I spoke with him on the phone before I made the trip. I had my suspicions and when I got there and met him in person, there were no more doubts whatsoever. The experience is basically customer service from hell. This person is a misanthrope (big word and the right word for this occasion, but his behavior clearly shows signs he hates people!) ud83dude04ud83dude04ud83dude04
Unfortunately I could't give a minus star for this place. I Visited the Blind Factory I was floored by the rude customer service that I received. He was very short and nasty toward me. I immediately left there and went to Aero/Pacific Drapery on Twelve mile rd. in Berkeley, MI. Best decision I made.
We've been going to The Blind Factory for a number of years. This is the only place we can get blinds repaired even if the original purchase wasn't through them. Good selection of product, competively priced. Marc, the owner stands behind his work.
I’m very satisfied with the repair that Mark did on our blinds.
