TCF Bank

Last Thursday, I had an issue with my account personal banker Krystal Parker was helping me to resolve. Initially, I had no complaints krystal did everything within her reach to help me resolve the issue. I attempted to resolve my account in-person last Thursday and on Saturday Dec, 19, 2020 with Krystal. On Saturday Dec, 19 Krystal reached out to her support team on my behalf, but was unable to reach the specialist handling my account. She made herself a reminder note and told me she would make me a priority first thing Monday morning. She also stated she would call me on Monday morning no later than 10 a.m. and if I don’t hear from her by 10 a.m. to give her a call. I did not receive a call by 10 a.m. so I contacted the branch at 11:46 a.m. I asked the young lady who answered the phone if Krystal Parker was available, she said, “Yes, wait one moment,” a few minutes later she said Krystal was with another customer. So, I left my name and number with her. Two hours lapsed, NO response. So, I call again at 1:33 p.m. after 6 attempts a young lady answered. I asked to speak with the Assistant Bank Manager or Krystal Parker. I was told the Assistant Manager wasn’t in and that Krystal was busy assisting a customer. I gave the the young lady a brief explanation of my experience earlier and the urgency of my nature. I left my name and number a second time and the young lady said she would give it to Krystal Immediately. I asked if she could have Krystal contact me before the end of the day. Krystal never returned my calls. I was in the dark as to the status of my account so I contacted the customer service 1-800 # spoke with a Lead (Adrienna) who is looking into my account, which still hasn’t been resolved.

I just had the best experience with Dunae. I came in very upset with a debit card situation, but she new exactly what to do to help. She was knowledgeable, so sweet, and very quick! I was stunned by how professional and personable she was. Excellent service. Thank you Dunae!!

I just had the best TCF experience ever! This branch has the nicest bank personnel of any locations I've ever gone to in my fifteen year history of banking with TCF. Chris was my teller, and he had me in laughter from the time I walked in until the time I left. But I also spoke with several other tellers who were wonderful and personable as well. Kudos to TCF! I have been going to the TCF bank on 12 Mile in Lathrup Village, MI since it opened. Only once, in all those years, have I been unhappy about the service. The problem wasn't the bank. The problem was the teller who had a nasty attitude, but she isn't working there anymore. I like the convenient hours, the friendly tellers, the cleanliness and the speedy, efficient service.
