I am so disappointed in my local Wojo’s. I have a medical exemption that was given to me by my doctor to not wear a mask. I still social distance and I appreciate others social distancing and wearing their masks. They would not allow me to enter their store even though it is outdoors and I only wanted to buy a tree for my mother. I wouldn’t even go in the indoor side just the outdoor side. How disappointing to be discriminated against. I will no longer give them my businessnnWe must stand up against this crazy discrimination
I want to do a shout out to the kind Wojo ladies who helped me when I managed to lock the car keys in my trunk just before closing time. My nearest set of keys was 30 miles away. They made sure I was able to contact the necessary help I needed and kept the store open until I got my car door open. I have always had wonderful plant service at the store but this treatment was exceptional and shows what kind of service they offer their customers.
Fun to walk greenhouses and see plants. T & S area receiving plants weekly
I absolutely love this greenhouse! We had professional landscaping and many of the plants died, while the plants that we bought from Wojo’s and have planted ourselves have thrived. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and guided us regarding what plants would look best and do well in our yard. They also gave wonderful tips on planting properly. I have been impressed with each visit!
Been going to Wojos for a year and always received good service. However, just purchased a tree at their Ortonville store and my experience was totally awesome. Kevin expertly wrapped my tree and took time to care for every detail even after he helped load it into my car. You can buy plants/trees at many places but customer service like this is hard to find! Great job Kevin!
