I do grocery pickup and the associates that load the car are usually very polite and do their job well. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because the card reader they use when you pick up your order only works maybe 50% of the time if that. So I usually end up having to give them my debit card's pin number so they can go inside and process the payment. The first few times it was no biggie because the associates were ones that I had worked with a few times and trusted enough. However after a while it's really frustrating that they still haven't gotten new card readers yet especially when someone I don't know from Adam is asking for my card info. Kroger needs to have a feature where you can pay with EBT etc. ahead of time or they need to get their employees new card readers.

Great produce, great service, and great prices. Using the Kroger card, weekly flyer, and coupons will get you some great deals.nI ordered cupcakes, like I have so many times before, and they turned out great. 24 cupcakes are around $14. The bakery really works with you and I haven't been disappointed once.

They have a posted closing time of 11pm but had turned off the automatic doors before 10:43pm. The gentleman before me pushed them open and went in as well as a couple behind me so I entered too. Then I stood at the service desk while two employees stood talking and intentionally ignoring me while watching me. Since the place clearly didn't want me there, I took myself and future business right out the door. Kroger in Midland just became my last resort only place to shop. If you can't beat your competitors pricing or selection, your last chance is service and there was no attempt at any level to even perform basic roles. That tells me that I can't expect much because management doesn't expect much either.

First off, this Kroger should buy out the Kmart building and have more space. That said, i want to give a shout out to the spectacular people who work my local Kroger. Just today, i was on a mega supply run and Tina brought me a second cart and helped drive it toward door. I love this Kroger so much that i use to pull into the parking lot and forget why, just to visit.nYes. The pharmacy is so outdated i actually feel sorry for them. Yes. The entry way is so grimy and lackluster it needs a legit face lift. Thing is, I go there about every day. I know Samantha in floral has the same birthday as me, I know Mike at customer service was moving to Colorado and there were issues with leaving his last family member behind. I know that every one loves Mitch. Mitch is the manager and you can tell that not only is that guy super friendly, but a truly good person.nThere was a manager in an inflatable cow suit one Halloween and it was immensely charming.nI forgot how much i loved my local Kroger until I really needed supplies today. I was so happy to get the Kroger cheese and rice (finally!!), the cottage cheese, the Private Selection Sourdough for $1.99.nI luv you guys. Please stay safe and hopefully the government will give you a frontline pay bump.

I’m done shopping here. They make people wait in line outside. your not helping COVID Kroger. 20 people all bunched together cold. I wanted to cry seeing a very frail older women about 7th back in line (5 outside) looking like she was going to cry, she was shivering. Very sad.. The lady with the baby left as did I.
