Went today looking for a handgun to use when I take my concealed carry class. Owner said we can only buy 1 box of ammo per gun purchased. My husband tried to explain we wouldnt buy it, because i need 50 rounds for the class and at least 10 extra to practice prior to the class. The owner started yelling at us and called us names and told us to leave his store. I've never ever been treated like this in my 70+ years. I'd never go here or wish anyone else to go to be treated this way. Horrible experience. If i could give -5 stars, i would!!

I am not the person to give poor reviews very often but the way I was treated here will for sure make me never come back. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here based on the positive reviews but I must say my experience was far from positive. From the moment I walked into the store I was given about 5 seconds to talk and then I was told that he does not have time to work on other peoples stuff and basically told to leave. He would not even give me a minute to ask what I was wanting and I was the only person in the store. I don't know if it is just his personality or maybe he was having a bad day. Either way I will never come back. If you want truly great customer service do not waste your time here and go see the guys at FPS Archery in Cadillac.
