Wanted to transfer money from my paycheck card to my account. Paycheck was not signed so, I was rudely told they could not accept it even with 3 other forms of id and if I signed it I had to go to another location. Everytime I visit the Jefferson location its a similar experience. . Thinking very seriously about changing banks all together.
Julie messed up my transaction again. This time $95 dollars in the hole. And no managers even care, they blame the customers then thats all thats done.
Very clean, nice people here, no problems.
