My iPhone wouldn’t turn on, I came in 15 minutes before closing and he was able to fix it within 20 minutes, unlike Verizon ud83dude11. Very appreciated he didn’t even charger me because he didn’t have to open the phone.

Took two phones in he was supposed to call me and after 3 weeks so no phone call.
Dropped off a computer screen to be replaced and was treated very poorly by the worker. Told the computer would be fixed by Wednesday and showed up on Thursday to pick it up. The worker then tried to give me back my computer without the screen being replaced and was told to fix it myself!! I'm the IT Manager for a very large company in the area and I will not be bringing anything there to be fixed again. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this place!
I brought my great granddaughters gaming computer in, that I know absolutely nothing about and he fixed it quickly and inexpensively also adding something she needed for free...well done in this era of most everyone trying to get something over on people...I definitely recommend them!
