Poor workmanship and poor service. Built a sea wall that was substandard, then charged an excessive additional cost to “fix” it. Still substandard and had to hire someone independently to repair the structure and make it functional. Ended up spending approx $15,000 with Cottage Works and another $2500 with another contractor to actually make it functional. This was over a 2-3 year period while we trudged through mud, waiting for the sea wall to be completed and work properly.
Wonderful store! We wanted polywood furniture but were afraid to order without sitting in them. We discovered Cottage Works was a dealer and went to try the chairs out and ordered four. They offered to assemble and deliver them but we chose free shipping to our cottage and the assemble was as easy as promised! LOVE the chairs and will be back soon to order dining set!!
These folks really know what they are doing. Their work is professional and their employees are courteous and competent.
