I am so mad I am actually still sitting in the parking lot writing this review. Would give zero stars if possible. This was my first time coming to this store and I was treated very poorly by a rude staff member. I asked where an item was located and the staff member (older woman with shoulder length black hair) refused to help and gave extremely rude and minimal direction even when asked multiple times where I could find the item. I will NOT be returning and will ensure to inform my other pool owner friends to not to either.
We had called Dolphin Pools originally in search of maintenance for our pool. When I explained the issues I was having, Keith listened, he took the time to explain what I needed, and went out of his way to find a specific part, at my request. They were able to get my upgrades and repairs on their schedule. When they arrived at my home to do the work...what a courteous, and professional crew, they did great work, explained everything to me in detail, and said to call if I have any questions. I have been taken advantage of by other companies in the past, and working with Dolphin pools was wonderful. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable , and truly care about the needs of their customers. Their prices are great, and they will go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Dolphin Pools...Family Owned and Operated... I will never go anywhere else...
