everyone is always so nice and fun there
The staff is really friendly at this location.
The lady with blonde hair (I assume she is new because I’ve never seen her before) is rude. I was looking at developer and asked her a question about the difference between two products and she tells me how my hair is brassy and bleach will make it even worse. She guides me over to look at products to pull the brass out and would not leave me alone or stop talking. I told her I was sorta in a rush (ie I don’t have time to talk) she continues talking and talking and continues at the register while I’m just trying to get out of there. I ended up with a several products I don’t need just so I could get out of there. Rude, especially since her hair was hardly that special while insulting mine. Lost my business.
No service was given, Drove here for nothing. Might as well stay home and buy online.
Very nice store! All clean and well organized. They have lots of products I love using my sally beauty card to save money and recommend opening one! Workers are really really nice and kind and I had a great time finding my item and making a purchase. A place worth your business!
