Always fine a great when I visit this location
I usually love this store but the return policy might as well be non-existent. I ordered some boots online because they only had sizes that were too big for me in-store. When I received the boots I tried them on and they were way too narrow and my foot went numb within ten minutes of trying them on. I decided to try to return them in store since I only tried them on the one time inside and they told me they couldn't accept them because I tried them on and they wouldn't be able to resell them. So apparently multiple people can try shoes on in the store no problem but if you buy them and wear them once you're out of luck.
Still pricey, but I did find shoes after trying many pairs that were all pretty narrow for gym shoes. Not very many with wider size choices. Makes it difficult when you need shoes after surgeries. Cashier was not very cordial, asked if there was any discounts on the shoes I purchased, just said, that brand doesn't issues discounts. Obvious he was not caring much about customer service.
It was pretty nice. I was greeted and asked if I needed help upon entering. the staff was friendly and helpful. the shoes were very shoe like. 5/5 would buy more shoes from this store.
Always a pleasure. I meet with such good customer service every time I come in. Will be back soon.
