TCF Bank

Lack of experience with the tellers who work at this location. Have done transactions at other local banks in area , but staff doesn’t seem trained well. Perhaps they will improve training on the products they offer and offer more training to the staff. I don’t believe the lack of knowledge can be pointed to the tellers but rather possibly management or trainers.

Terrible service & they’re very slow!!!

My experience was very poor when I came to handle business. My teller kept leaving to help other people. 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. I will never come here again.

Amazing bank - great customer service. Employees great people with a smile and have always gone out of their way to assist me. Love this bank.
