Huntington Bank

Phenomenal customer service from Margaret at the Warren location. My family went to her for a notary service after we had a horrible experience at Chase, and she was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and I will recommend everyone to bank here.

This bank is a joke I have Proof of fraud on my account with email upon email and they won’t investigate or take my information I have of the proof and closed out my case with in a day. Then I ask to have my account closed out and they won’t even close out my account. I will NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BANK AGIAN. I have been with this bank over 2 years what a joke.

During this unpleasant & unordinary time, Victoria made my life so much easier. She returned my call after I was prompted to leave a message and helped me with my entire transaction in less than an hour, and I didn’t have to step foot in the building. She was very straight forward and to the point, and didn’t give me a hard time whatsoever. And the best part is, she was the most friendly person I have dealt with in customer service during this pandemic. Thank you, Victoria!

Not a good experience on the business side. Waiting on snail mail for my lien release, thanks a lot. 2020 i might have a new car, maybe Huntington can buy the internet and invest in this thing called e-mail. Think they could tell I paid 11,000 dollars off, but apparently it takes a team of scientists and data analysis experts to “relocate” this information. let me get another loan here! Not.
