PNC Bank

The ATM here never opened up to allow me to make a withdrawal, so I have to call because they don't have some sort of automated failsafe to prevent this issue.

The staff has always been curtious and efficient each and every time I've been to this branch. Thank you for your hard work!

It’s a dumpster fire at PNC. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It took an hour to make a withdrawal. They sent my debit card and ID to another customer. I said I wanted someone in upper management to call me and they did. When they called me they said there was nothing they would do for me. It’s been awful for years this is just the straw that broke my back.

Understand about lobby not being open now. BUT there should be no reason each car takes 10 min (+-) in the drive thru. I have been here 3x in the last 2 days. Sitting in a line that doesnt move. Only to leave not being able to sit for an hr in line.

I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & I'm leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!
