Why will no one answer the phone??? Called 3 times to set appointment to open an account but can't get anybody to answer the phone!
I sincerely had some of the best customer service from this branch; It will be the only one I use in this area. I had poor expirences at two other near by branches and I was close to closing my account and the guy here (Idk his name but I called here at 10:08am on 12/02/20) saved that from happening. Amazing service, above and beyond, knowledgeable about services AND navigated me through the app over the phone. Calling customer service has been a nightmare and this guy cleared things up in a 3 minute phone call. Thank You!
They are super nice and professional here! They help you with whatever you need, answer all of your questions and get you on your way. They do get busy but I feel they move pretty fast.
Drive through teller today was awesome. Even had me verify who I was with cell phone code before withdrawing a large amount of cash from my account. Which I highly appreciated . I know my money is safe.
Garbage bank.. worst bank in Michigan. Do not bank here
