Walked in past four associates having a chat. Looked around a bit. Prices barely competitive in most cases. Walked out past same talking associates. None of which acknowledged a single customer during my time there.

False advertisement, found a shoe I loved the box was empty. Associate checked the back for my size they were sold out, then you should pull it from the floor duh!

I purchased a pair of Itsica winter boots on sale here a couple of months ago before snow. The second time i put them on one of the metal D rings for laces ripped right out of the fabric.nI no longer had the receipt but i had the box they did an even or more exchange for me. I ended up getting the same brand in the updated same style. instead of fabric the D-rings are now anchored in leather and and the boot itself seems to be a little wider so i was able to get my correct size. Setting that it's this year's model it was $10 more but at least i wasn't stuck with a bad boot and still needing to purchase another pair.

Selection is awesome, sale corner is nice.
