Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Walked in with cash to deposit into my mother's account. The counter clerk and branch manager explain some personal company policy of not being able to deposit cash into that account. I can make a check out to deposit but not good old cash. What a joke! This is one of the many reasons I left this bank and even more reason to move my mother's account to a local bank like Lake Michigan credit union.

I made an appointment to talk to someone in person at the local branch today (1/30/19) after I discovered that one of my bimonthly payments didn't get applied to my mortgage payment. The plan is that if I pay in 1/2 of my mortgage every 2 weeks, then I will be paying an extra full payment every year on the principal. I called the 800 number and got nothing but ridiculous excuses from someone named Rachael. I live in Grandville Michigan, and the weather is bad today, but nobody called to say my appointment was cancelled, so I drove the 1/2 mile there - and they were closed. I am very, very disappointed in the customer service. I would suggest looking elsewhere for banking.

Most worthless bank I've ever had to deal with, This Is the bank dealing with unemployment debit cards and one in 5 is open????

Unfortunately if Bank of America when you make a phone call you are asked too many prompts to get to speak to a person and a very long wait time. Also I signed up with Bank of America online and when I could not remember my debit card password you are not able to retrieve it online by phone or either with a customer representative you have to travel to the nearest branch location to do so. System should be simplified.

Julie had an awful attitude ... I was waiting in the drive through for a long time as no one said I will be with you in a minute or something... finally gave up. End up going inside and asked her why no one told me that you are busy and no one will help me . By the way the drive through had green light on it. With a Loud deep voice she attacked me saying that she was helping other customer.. as far as I know that Bank of America employees will let you know how long your wait will be. She didn’t. I don’t think Julie know anything about customer service. I’ve never been treated so bad at Bank of America location before.
