The sales process was good, the delivery was good. They had to make two trips to finish the job and my lift broke 90 days later. Won't return my calls. I should have seen it with the name CHEAP. Cheap usually = cheap service.nnI spent 9k on a 6,000 lb lift. Knowing then what I know now I would not purchase a lift from this company.
