Ian and Sammy were great helping me find my way around what I wanted. Didn't try to make me buy anything I didn't want. Told me everything about the things I did want and helped me pick out what was best. Great first experience great customer service and I appreciate the heads up on the deals they offered very very professional. Even when I felt over whelmed the staff was super calm which made my decisions that much easier about what to try.

I like checking out the new shops in the area but I always come back here. Love the vibe and they have an awesome rewards program. Super nice staff, good selection and solid prices on carts/concentrates. They also do holiday promotions like Easter eggs.

I love this place. Even with recreational dispensaries opening up in Grand Rapids, I prefer to make the hour drive to Kalamazoo to buy my products here. The staff, from the first experience I had, has been amazing. They've always friendly, helpful, honest and thorough. My most recent visit (St. Patrick's Day) I was helped by Albert and Kylie, who made sure I had every question answered and everything I needed. The prices, deals, and rewards program here are phenomenal, too. The impracticality of an hour trip is outweighed by savings gained, and the staff makes sure you know your options. More than 5 stars, absolutely would recommend!nPS- Curbside service! I cant recommend this place highly enough

Service is high-quality, staff very friendly. Last time I was in Albert helped me on the medical side of things and I really appreciate the quality service.nBecause I know they hire local and the quality of their cartridges, especially their house brand, is really good. I will be continuing to go to this place and I would recommend it to my friends and I regularly do
