Yesterday my fiancée and I were here looking for a tux for our wedding. Kellie was super patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pushed and we always felt listened to. She did a tremendous job of making suggestions but allowing us to feel like we always had the final call. We felt very comfortable during the entire hour we were with her and we would definitely like to come back and work with her if we ever need to rent again. Anytime my friends get married I will definitely recommend Jos A Bank over some of the other local tux rental places I’ve had to go for my friends weddings!

Terrible customer service. We visited this location to take a look at their suit rentals for our upcoming wedding. We kept being told they would be “right with us” and after 30+ minutes of waiting, an employee came over to tell us we needed an appointment. I clarified as he previously told us several times he would be with us soon after stating the purpose for our visit, and he stated they needed to assist their real customers. Apparently, paying for rentals does not qualify us as customers.

Ordered customer shirts, was informed they would arrive within 3 weeks. Never got received an update. Have called the store multiple times, no one answers. Called the 1-800 customer service number, was informed it would be 5 weeks and that there is nothing they can do. Horrible customer service

Nate & Kelly were very very helpful and knowledgeable about the suits and accessories sold there. Really nice personalities.nWill recommend to family and friends.

Perfect clothier for my wedding. Phenomenal selection, service and prices. Larry the store manager helped me and my groomsmen get fitted head to toe in the perfect suit. Larry was very professional and had a good eye. Jos A. Bank also has an amazing collection of everyday clothing and leisure wear that is relevant and incredibly priced for the quality. I will definitely be back for special occasions and everyday attire. I understand Mens Wearhouse aquired Jos A. Bank back in 2014 but it has not disrupted their style, service or quality, do not overlook these guys.
