I bought a bag from an expensive high end store. Brought it here due to the the handle breaking off. The wires and screw had come a loose. He was able to fix it and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend going there to get your things repaired! Very nice

Had some boots done here before, the job was done well but I thought the price was higher than reasonable. I gave them another chance on sole replacement for a pair of sandals where the sole was already falling off on a wood base and Jon’s quoted me $70! WHAT? I went to Contemporary Shoe repair downtown Lansing; they offered $40 without me ever saying a thing about the INSANE price quote from Jon’s shoe repair. Price gouging has ZERO APPEAL. Was it because I’m a female and had expensive sandals for repair??? Anywho bye bye Jon.
