Cannot overstress how incredible the staff was...they were insanely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond for even my relatively small purchase. I initially asked for help from one very nice employee, but a second equally nice employee then joined in on the conversation to help! I mean, these guys bent over backwards just to help my dumb self buy a $17 bag of cat food! This is the first time I've ever set foot in the store, but it DEFINITELY won't be my last. In fact, I am never buying cat food from Amazon again. Many thanks to the kind and patient staff. Highly recommend.
My wife and I have had excellent shopping experiences at this Pet Supplies Plus inside the store and online through delivery. They are courteous and fast! We also have brought our orange tabby cat, Otis, into the store -- he loves it! Great customer service -- thank you!
Not very nice . We waited for service and well not a good experience. I'm glad I did not take my sweet Jackpot my beautiful cat he would not want to go back . They really could not answer any questions I asked .Get with the program learn your job people . I googled everything in front of them I new more then them and the manager came out from his office stood around and talked where he could see us didn't even ask if we needed help then when we got what we needed he said is that your car and said you can't park there in that parking spot it was reserved for him well I'd choose another pet store next time ... Thumbs down ...PET PEPS
I always go to pet supplies plus. Always have what I need on sale. Way cheaper that petco or pet smart. Have been coming here for years.
They have moved everything in the store, so I had to ask where stuff was, but there where very helpfuln.
