Great food and friendly service
I hope here quite a bit. You can find great sales if you look for them. Staff I'd always happy, and super nice. They are all very helpful as well.
Small to medium size grocery. One of an 11 store chain in lower Michigan. This one seems very well managed. Smaller store, but still a good selection of all products. Very friendly staff, efficient and helpful. Coffee shop in store. Good deli, meat section, dairy, and frozen foods. Also small fresh sushi section. Chk out time is usually short.
I have been shopping at this store for years and never had an issue until now. I rented a carpet cleaner and when I went to return it, the woman stated the machine was dirty and she had to charge me a cleaning fee. My issue has nothing to do with money, it's the fact that I thoroughly cleaned the machine. She just quickly glanced at the bottom and decided to charge me for corrosion on a machine that uses water. I hope it was worth the cleaning charge because I will just drive to okemos and share this experience with friends and family.
