Amazing and Excellent in house service. But coustmer service over the phone needs improvement...
This is the branch I use, and I really like and appreciate their service
I want to thank Andre and Katie for their excellent customer service helping me estanblish my remote wire transfer service. Both in person and phone interaction was plesasnt. One resaon we have been long-time customers of Chase.
A banker named Jim Cheeney was very rude on the phone to my fiancé and in person he yelled at me and was very rude and a banker above him couldn’t give him proper disciplinary actions because she couldn’t tell who was yelling so I asked her to check the camera to see who was yelling she didn’t have access to the cameras so I’m talking to the person above both of them for proper actions to be taken in my opinion I wouldn’t support that branch of chase or any after my experience.
I've used this bank for years and never had any problems. If the bank changes something with the account I have, they have always helped get me into something more suited to my needs. I've also gotten things notarized at both the Saginaw and Pennsylvania locations.
