Spoke with an associate over the phone who had quite an attitude over some simple questions I had asked. Never had a problem with customer service ever until this point. The associates name is Barb. Maybe someone needs to check in on her to make sure her days going okay?

I called this branch for some information because it was the only branch open at the time. I have never visited this branch in person. In fact, the only business I have conducted with Dart Bank is a mortgage loan. I could not be happier with the service I have received. The woman I spoke to (should have written this a little earlier and I would have remembered her name) gave me not only the info I needed, but additional helpful tips. She was helpful and friendly and made my day better :)

I called Alisha Marie- Rivera Sorensen, Loan Transaction Coordinator, mobile phone number around 5:45pm in regards to a loan she was servicing and she told me “My cell phone number is not for your use”. I recommended her to remove it from her email since having it on their insinuates that’s exactly what it’s there for and she replied “the company just makes me have it there”. She also told our office manager “I don’t speak with buyers about appraisals only sellers”. Mind you, she’s in the mortgage business, and same with us realtors we work 24/7! However, the appraisal is owned by the buyer and paid for by the buyer. She has poor customer service skills and may need some additional training in regards to appraisals.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Knowledgeable in all areas. I went through a mortgage process with dart bank and they made the process as easy as possible.
