Funds not available on date(s) given (2 times...waiting to see if 3rd time is a charm).nn1 bill is now late due today, $500 bill due in 2 days (which is the next promised date the funds will be available).nnHouse payment due the day after.nnPNC = lies.nnEmployees refuse to help. Branch manager leaves a redundant message and then refuses to respond. Afterwards, employees say he at lunch (over 1.5 hrs) AND when I mention this he's suddenly on a business call.nnGo bank with BoA. Better services and less fees.

I had a simple issue that I requested some assistance with at this location. Damian the branch manager was very rude and unprofessional and did not even care to help resolve my issue or help to better understand a PNC third party product that they offer. I would stay clear of this Branch.

I went downtown Lansing to open an account .I changed my mind and close it right away.The manager up there told me that he was not able to close it to 24hrs as past I said ok .i ask if I can get it the next fallowing day he said yes just go to the other locations.So I did I went to the PNC Edgewood location @ the manager up there totally un professional,he said that he was not going to wave the closing fee because it was done in another location.I deposit $500 in cash @ there were going to give it to me in a check @ charge me $25 to close my own account,after the other manager said he was willing to wave my cancellation fee..I gave them cash money @ them Bums want to give me a checkud83eudd28ud83eudd14.I hate writing reviews but when a business is Bum at there job they need to be called out.So back to the situation about the PNC Bum manager got loud @ attitude..need to be re trained on services.ud83dudcaf✊ud83cudffd

The lady that stops you at the door is annoying an unpleasant. I’d rather deal with a bank teller than deal with a random worker that doesn’t introduce herself. Never going back!
