Have had my credit card with them for years! Very happy with it and great rewards program!

Worse bank in America.nnThis bank is really bad. They will not stop charging fees just for having money in the account. My wife and I were abroad for a year and we had a bill being automatically drafted from the account. At some point the account balance dropped below 750 and ever since then they started charging us the 11.99 each month. The total cost has been over $100.nnIn addition to this, their online system only allows for statements for up to six months (which has also presented problems).nnThe bank manager also vouched for our selecting a property manager Maureen Tipple after which she fraudulantly wrote checks out of our account for work that was never done. When we attempted to place a hold on a check that Maureen wrote the bank charged us the 25 dollar holding fee but still let the check go through.nnAnd my wife just tried cancelling her account with them and after she followed their instructions on how to cancel her account without additional fees, the representative still tried to charge her 11.99 for not having sufficient funds in the account.nnAnyways, I say 'worse bank in America' not because I know it is but because I have had account with many other banks (I like sampling many different options) and I can say with certainty that this bank has the worse policies of any bank I have used.
