Called them while up cutting my property for a deck belt. They held it for me at the front counter. Great staff.
The Bad Axe store is the best. The service manager has helped me more than once while my husband was in poor health. He had the baggers taken off to make the rider easier for me to deal with. The fact someone will come here, pick up the mower, service it...get it ready for spring/summer...then return it...is the best!
Always helpful, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Do you know john deere?? These folks do... had a 1 season mower serviced.....fast too.... excellent customer service and very knowledgable staff.... two green thumbs up...A++
