Great selection of produce especially after the expansion. The cashiers do get a little worried when you show up with a full cart of groceries but not a deal breaker just a little odd. Meat selection is cheap but not the best quality. Great hot food selection, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, differently flavored chicken wings, potato wedges, jalapeno poppers. Baked goods also great here. Also you can order online for pickup which is very nice. Nice parking spaces. Gas station is great too. The gas station is stocked regularly with warm small poppa johns pizzas.
I really like this store. Friendly with that small town feel. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Kids at the checkouts are respectful. Good selection of Michigan beer and good olive choices.
The snow is falling but that hasn't kept people from getting out to stock up for winter storms. The Kingsley Market is well stocked with a wider variety of some things than you would find at some of the big chain stores. They have a pretty good deli counter, friendly faces working there and a personal touch that comes with small town friendliness. The checkers probably know your name or someone in your family! It is a quiet step back to another way of life when people didn't use their phones to scan and pay for their groceries. I don't live there but I quite often stop there on my way through
