A must stop when visiting Petoskey! All the product is delicious and the cheese gourmet and fresh. The Pimento dip and the artichoke dip are very tasty. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They ship as well, just got our box yesterday.

One year ago my girlfriend and I visited Petoskey for the first time, and stumbled upon Petoskey Cheese. I was thrilled. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was amazing, and the staff was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My husband is a cheese lover, and I knew that he would LOVE this shop, if ever able to visit.nnLast week my husband and I traveled to Michigan, and went out of our way to visit Petoskey Cheese on Wednesday. I was so excited for my husband to experience this great shop! However, very quickly the trip was a disappointment. The selection was decent, but the overall experience was vastly different than the year before. Although we were the only people in the store, the staff was very slow to help us, seemed bothered by our presence, and were actually very, very rude and somewhat condescending. Initially, we thought the 1st young lady was having a bad day (it happens), then the lady that rang up our order was equally as rude. What happened to great staff? These ladies really tanked the experience. I probably won’t make the effort to return. Very sad.

I ordered three cheese trays from Petoskey Cheese for my husband and I’s August elopement, and they were the ultimate hit at our appetizer table. Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about them! Katie was so friendly and informative in helping me place the order, and included a huge variety of amazing cheeses that everyone was excited to sample (the double cream Brie is everything!!). I would order from Petoskey Cheese again in a heartbeat!

I have been shopping at your store for over a year now. Unfortunately I will not be doing so in the future! Today (10-22-20) I sent my husband in to get some cheese and he was greeted by a very sarcastic female employe (a rather large woman approx. in her 40's). He had his mask over his nose but she insisted he didn't. She was very aggressive toward him so he left without purchasing an item. Is this the proper way to treat your customers I ask you?
