Recently your firm has had some billing issues and have not been taking automated payments. Without any communications regarding this issue or your plan for resolution, I find a charge on my bank account this evening for three months of service.nThis is deplorable. I had no notice of this charge. What kind of customer trust do you expect from the customers that are being surprised with these charges? My only recommendation is that people looking for water treatment services look elsewhere. McCardel Culligan can't be trusted.

The installers were very knowledgeable and polite, they explained what they were doing and how everything worked. I love the system we had installed, our water before was smelly, hard and had tannins which made it very unpleasant so we were buying cases of water every week. Now I've bought an insulated water bottle so I can drink from the tap. I highly recommend McCardel Culligan.

I had them install a water softener a few years ago, and I go there to buy the salts. I've consistently had excellent service from them
