Dr. Haderer keeps me sane and stable. Has been, for years now, and I was having a real hard time beforehand. She's always there for me.

Nurse was pleasant enough but did nothing for me that my physician hadn't already done. At one appointment she asked me if I had had a Gene Sight test just a few days after I had faxed over multiple pages of the results of that test for her review. I ultimately found a top-notch therapist who helped me get my life back on track. Can't recommend Psych North.

She is unprofessional, has ZERO medical knowledge (spends 90 percent of your appointment googling your symptoms in front of you), and has done nothing but make my issues worse and harder to deal with. She lies constantly and has no idea what any medications do or how they interact with other meds. She isnt a real doctor. Shes barely a receptionist in my opinion. Stay away from this place if you care about your mental or physical health.

This place is great to visit for psychiatric care. Shari Froelich is a nurse practitioner and she cares about my health. I see her every 4 months and she is always making sure my medication is working for me. There are not any psychiatrists or therapy here which is disappointing but I highly recommend this place for psychiatric medication management.

I had an initial appointment to discuss possible medication management. I didn't want to drive all the way to Traverse City.nI saw Shari Froelich, DNP. I had filled out all the paperwork they had requested prior to my appointment and showed up early.nThe paperwork was pretty extensive and my thought was that they were likely going to be very thorough. I had my hopes up.nSheri smiled when she greeted me, although I was on time she was late. I never saw another expression on her face after this. No animation, affect was flat.nI sat almost the entire hour listening to her clicks on the mouse and keypad as she entered the info. I had written down.nShe asked me very few questions and I mostly sat staring at the walls while she typed.nVery unimpressed by her demeanor, style, and attitude.nI asked if she was supervised by a psychiatrist? She emphatically stated NO. That they are collaborating with each other that she is in no way supervised by a psychiatrist.nnI wasn't aware that NP can hang a shingle and not be supervised by a doctor?nnNeedless to say, I will be trekking to TC for my needs. I would not recommend these folks.
