I called to get quotes and info on their prepaid bag program. The gal could not answer any questions and it was dead air. After 10 minutes on hold (I did check in with her after about 7 minutes and she was still there), I decided to pay the competitor's price for better service.
I have been a customer for a long time, and have recently had terrible service. I am making the decision to leave you company and transfer my business to a company that will properly service my trash removal.nnIt has been three weeks without pick up of my trash. I have never had an issue like this with any company, especially yours. I have made four phone calls to customer service with promises it would be picked up, and still the issue is not resolved. I'm fed up and moving my business elsewhere.
I just set up services and Ron from the Wixom Mi call center. He was very helpful and professional I look forward to doing business with your company .

Google business account states they are open until 4pm... drove 45 mins out of our way with a trailer full of trash and they really close at 3:30pm to the public. Fix your information!!
