Terrible. 15 year customer. They use cheap pipes that termites can chew through. Wouldn't answer phone calls to work it out. Charge twice the going rate for pumps and chlorinators that were damaged by termite debris. Screw them. Ask around, everyone knows they are the worst choice in BC. Much happier with Advanced now for over a year. Problems all fixed, pool has never been chemically better. Things get fixed right.
Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They have had my business for many years!
Very poor customer service having been trying for weeks to get our pool repaired called this company before the Fourth of July they finally came out the Monday before the fourth couldn't figure out what was wrong,we'll have to send boss out still waiting. Called them first of this week said they would be out by end of week guess what its Friday ,called this morning they said we aren't on the list ,hubby explained we had called and they told us they would be out by end of week ,they back tracked oh yes you are on list we will have to call you back to let you know what time we will be out it's now 11:30not a word .Pretty sure just some more run around NEVER would I recommend this company unless you don't want to use your pool that year.
