Smitty's not only sold me a great fishing pole but they are dedicated, caring and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have Smitty's in town and I am deeply grateful they haven't given up & gone home and that they care about the health and safety of everyone. Verbally abused them hau lol! Great integrity if saying I can't wear a mask and then leaving is considered verbally abusive, the snow flakes in their are sure to melt after the Yelp review!! What a joke two of three in there had there masks below there nose! If your going to do something do it right! Only thing you do right in there is price gouge! Good luck.
Overpriced I understand a markup but no need to try to get rich off the people who support the brick and mortar business but then again that’s why I’ll be switching to amazon from now on but if I do feel like being screwed I’ll be sure to return. I’m not into fishing to show the next guy how deep my pockets are. And second going to Facebook on a business page for personal problems seems a bit immature for a owner to do but I’m sure they’ll have the same fate as most businesses in the mall.. besides if it’s something I really don’t want to wait for Kalamazoo isn’t that far of a drive ..
