Lakeland Hospital Watervliet

Very responsive to my daughter who was not feeling well. Everyone that we came in contact with was super nice and cordial. The Doctor was especially nice and had wonderful bedside manners. He made my daughter and most importantly my wife feel comfortable. All in all, a really great visit under the circumstances.

Rude staff, all I needed is as a Covid test. The lady seemed very upset to be doing her job. She didn't even let me have a tissue when I asked if I could get one. All and all this place is terrible. I've heard bad things about it over the years, but it literally just a Covid test. Would it kill you people to be a little more polite? Cause I've shown nothing but niceness and politeness the whole time I was there for me test.

Test for flu sent to outside lab when told it would be done in house. Consistently do not provide results and no communication with patients.nnHave NEVER received anything resembling good service.

Watervliet hospital is the best hospital in sw mich.i just had surgery there .everyone was awesome there.i am so glad I went there and not the saint joe branch.i went there recently I had a really bad experience. But I cant go 10 stars or I would.i got I postcard from them today wishing me a quick recovery signed by everyone who took care of me. And DR Maskil is and awesome dr. And have no more pain in my leg and foot. This place is top of the line. I will always go there from now and evermore. Thank all of you. From Michael Ramsey
