Kroger on Euclid in Bay City is the dirtiest store I've ever been in. I tried to return bottles three different days and either the machines were broken or not maintained. Only two cash registers were open and customers were lined up 10 deep . Self checkout was lined up as well. The entire time I was waiting in line they kept calling for associates to come up front which I never seen any appear. Store operations are a REFLECTION of its management. I've been a Kroger customer for over 50 years and I will never shop at this location again.

Absolutely poor service did not try to help at all complete laziness will never go again. Edit: despite my feelings I still went back the next day and I got the exact same treatment so please ignore this location if you want to save frustration
Produce is always terrible. There is never enough open cash registers. Shelves are not stocked. Go to Center Rd Kroger, they know what they are doing!
