Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant

This place was very pretty, but VERY expensive. It was a good experience while in the area, but I would not go back if I am in the area again.

We couldn't be happier about our decision to have our wedding at Tabor Hill.  We are still just elated at how perfectly everything went.  We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was.  The venue is set in a vineyard, and with grapes on the vine and the fall colors in full bloom, it was just a picturesque setting. Everyone had a great time and loved the beer & wine selection as well.nnOur first visit to Tabor Hill was in April of 2019 when we were touring potential wedding venues.  From that first meeting, Hillary treated us like family and made us feel comfortable.  It took us months to make our decision to choose Tabor Hill, and then we wound up having to move from our original wedding date in June 2020, to a date in October due to COVID-19.  Hillary's professionalism, experience, and kindness throughout the whole 1.5 year process really helped put us at ease amongst all of the craziness.  We were still nervous about having a wedding during a pandemic, but Tabor Hill was great in helping make sure appropriate safety measures were taken to keep our guests safe.nnNow that our wedding is over, we are already looking forward to future trips to Tabor Hill to celebrate our anniversaries, or just to revisit a place filled with such great memories.  We highly recommend Tabor Hill to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue.  Special thanks to Hillary and all of the Tabor Hill staff for making our wedding such a special day!

I went last Saturday. Called ahead and request reservation at 2. We arrived earlier, but was seated promptly! Our server,Dawn...can she get a raise?! I want to sit in her section from now on! I cannot express into words how pleasant and attentive she was. If she made the slightest mistake, she apologized profusely. This had to been the best service I have had hands down in a long time. The food, the goat cheese apps. So good, nice play on mozzarella sticks. I had the raspberry/pecan chicken. I stopped myself from licking the plate. Oh dessert, flourless chocolate cake. I ate all of that too. Only feedback, but not enough to demote a star, the desserts were cold, my friend had to take hers home to allow it to thaw. Before we departed, we bought wine. That service was just as good. The young lady was handling the entire line flawlessly and didn't skip a beat. Another issue happened at the register, she promptly had her manager assist and she was nice. What is in the air here? I don't know, but this has been the highlight to cap off the summer and head into fall. Wine. Food. Service. Ambiance. Please don't change anything. I desperately need to come back, and you have set the bar from now on in one experience here. Who says you need to travel to the city to experience all 5 star? Nope, we have a gem here in Southwest Michigan. Thank you!!!!

The surf and turf is the best I’ve ever had. Awesome restaurant with seating overlooking their beautiful vineyard makes for a great dining experience.

Excellent food and great staff. Very enjoyable and enjoyed the wine tasting.
